  • Parter with Business and IT leadership along with your delegated systems subject matter experts, to produce a multi-year plan using a repeatable business architecture framework. 
  • This can be a one-time exercise, or we can leverage the opportunity to mentor staff on adopting the techniques.

As with all decision making (including AI), this requires Data Quality Management processes with an investment in maintaining the information over time. The ROI of this data product is known data quality that can feed AI agents, which in turn can influence behavior that avoids governance overhead while enabling better decision making.

  • I am a seasoned veteran and advocate for Sparx EA (with Prolaborate) which offers very robust capabilities for the price point. But as with all tools, there are trade-offs. It requires decisive configuration choices to streamline user experience with an iterative adoption plan, thus avoiding a steep learning curve. I have developed a metamodel that is proven to map your architecture viewpoints through the layers of strategy, operations with physical implementation enabling end-to-end traceability. This approach can include loosely coupling multiple tools into one EA information platform. If you choose to engage me to help you with your Sprax adoption, I will include a copy of my methodology to help you set up and maintain your environment.
